Making A Purchase
     
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Debit, Electron and Solo. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or email; please see How to place an order off-line.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
Shipping costs are calculated by weight, according to the UK, EU and Rest of World postage costs charged by the Royal Mail, plus a handling charge covering the packaging costs, etc. |
Delivery Schedule
We dispatch orders by first class mail (Airmail for overseas orders), usually on the day they are received, provided the order is received by 4pm UK time.
Delivery times.
Normal delivery time in the UK is 1 - 2 working days, in Europe 2 to 3 working days, and worldwide 5 to 7 working days. We can arrange 2-day courier delivery (FedEx, DHL, etc.) or trackable post to many parts of the world if you wish, at extra cost.
Delivery by download.
If you are in a hurry to use the software, please use the Digital Download section of the website. NOTE: Customers opting for digital downloads will not normally be sent installation CDs, although you will have the option to buy a full installation CD for £10 plus postage and VAT. Printed invoices will also not be sent, unless the customer is also ordering other products not available by downloading. A receipt for the payment will be sent by email with the confirmation of the purchase, and can also be printed from the web page after payment has been cleared. To ensure that you receive our emails; please ensure that your anti-spam filters, firewall, etc, will accept mail from onlineorders@piscesconservation.com and pisces@pisces-conservation.com. |
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
Tax Charges
Customers in the UK and EU VAT zone countries are charged VAT at the standard U.K. rate of 20% on all chargeable items, and shipping costs. Purchases from all other countries are not charged VAT.
Within the UK and EU, if you are exempt from VAT, or wish to pay VAT at your own country's rate, please send your order to us by one of the methods shown in How to place an order off-line, stating that you do not wish to pay UK VAT, and including your VAT registration number with the order.

Pisces Conservation do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
